We are looking for someone whoprovides a professional, friendly, informative and warm welcome to our retreat guests. You are the first point of contact for our guests and are integral in creating a memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities of the role:
In this diverse and exciting role, you will:
* Deliver excellence in Front Office Reception and demonstrate a 'guest first' culture at all times
* Ensure service excellence from the guest check in, throughout their retreat stay, and at their final farewell
* Undertake a variety of administrative responsibilities ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all documentation and correspondence
* Attend to guest enquiries with supportive communication, and provide accurate and knowledgeable information on all retreat facilities
* Respond to all phone queries and direct calls to relevant departments
* Respond to guest emails efficiently and professionally
* Work closely with and support all guest service departments to ensure a seamless and professional guest experience
About you:
You will have outstanding guest service and administration skills with a genuine passion for contributing to a memorable guest experience.
In addition, you have:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
* High level of competency using MS Office applications, programs and systems
* A friendly and supportive team player approach.
* Previous experience within a 5 star hotel or resort Front Office is highly regarded
* Previous experience using guest booking applications such as Little Hotelier or similar
* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Front Office receptionist or administration role
* A high level of initiative with the ability to problem solve
* A keen eye for detail with high standards of personal presentation
* A commitment to a healthy lifestyle
* Availability to work casually across different days
