Job Overview
Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Talent Attraction Business Partner to join our Internal talent team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will focus on partnering with business leads on their recruitment needs whilst providing proactive solutions to identify high quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings on internal and external boards, conducting resume screening, short-listing candidates, scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-hire checks, assessments & medicals, and managing verbal job offers.
2. Develop recruitment plans, including person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agree timescale to meet business requirements.
3. Develop candidate talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including internal applicant tracking systems, social & professional networks, employee referrals, alumni networks, social media, job boards, and search engines to identify and attract top talent.
4. Delivery of an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand custodian for Nutrien Ag Solutions with each candidate interaction.
5. Analyse data and report on TA metrics to senior leadership and HR partner.
6. Use SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module and applicant tracking tool to effectively manage each recruitment assignment.
7. Work with cross functional teams on People (HR) and business wide projects.
8. Travel will be required from time to time, to attend relevant industry and University events throughout the year.
Requirements
* Demonstrated success in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably in an internal recruitment environment.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and engage with stakeholders, team members and candidates alike.
* Experience in proactive sourcing, building talent pools and engaging passive talent.
* Demonstrate a passion for providing the highest level of customer service and candidate care.
* Ability to work at pace and be responsive to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
* An awareness of Australian agriculture and rural/regional communities will be highly regarded.
* Experience utilising a HRIS, ATS/AMS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
