Store Manager - Repco Albany.
Manage the daily operations and superior service standards of the store.

Responsibilities
Lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists
Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained and exceeded
Motivate and support the team to reach their full potential
Provide genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers
Demonstrate a strong mix of leadership and management qualities
Be a brand ambassador with strong community, team and customer connections
Act as safety leader, striving to provide the safest work environment for team and customers
Qualifications
Be a passionate customer service expert
Ability to motivate team members to shine, develop and succeed
Store operations management experience with success leading and engaging a team
Experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi-network operation
Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
