Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
- Address and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Manage arrears efficiently.
- Handle lease sign-ups with precision.
- Utilise our property management software, including Ailo.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Real Estate, preferably within property management.
- Reliable, roadworthy, registered vehicle.
- A willing and positive attitude.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
