Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SPM Tools Support, AppDynamics & Azure Monitor Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, sustaining, and optimising monitoring tools critical to our clients' application performance and reliability. You'll monitor the health of key applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive improvements to ensure continuous system stability. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to sprint activities, ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and enhance AppDynamics and Azure Monitor toolsets
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement fixes
Analyse system data to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Configure and optimise monitoring dashboards, alerts, and integrations
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations
Participate in Agile sprints and stand-up meetings to drive incremental improvement
Provide on-call support and perform after-hours deployments when required
What You'll Need
Essential Criteria
Australian Citizenship (mandatory) with an active NV1 security clearance
Proven experience in Application Support and Sustainment within enterprise environments
Hands-on expertise in AppDynamics and Azure Monitor configuration and optimisation
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery frameworks
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
Willingness to work in on-call and shift-based arrangements as part of managed services delivery
Experience in scripting or automation for monitoring and alerting processes
Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
Exposure to supporting cloud-based or hybrid application environments
