Procurement Clerk Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Procurement & Supply department, you will play a vital role in managing procurement processes and ensuring seamless operations.
As a Procurement Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include converting approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders, supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks, and working closely with internal departments across our mining operations.
* Converting approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders
* Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks & working closely with the accounts payable team
* Reporting, shared inbox management and other admin functions
* Onboarding and vendor management
* Stakeholder engagement & providing an excellent level of customer service
Requirements
* Relevant purchasing or procurement experience within a large organisation
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* SAP and/or ERP experience will be highly regarded
