Responsibilities
* Provide administration support and lead the administration team, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service.
* Coordinate administration processes and liaise with relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional support services.
* Assist Franchisees with tasks including: creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, recruitment and monthly reporting.
* Coach, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team; work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, accurate services.
What we require
* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
* Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
* Experience in office management and computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and Word.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and make quick, informed decisions to resolve issues.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines; comfortable coaching and leading a team.
* Experience resolving issues and providing timely, accurate services.
