Turn Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
In this role, you will represent buyers, sellers, and investors across Victoria while delivering a premium, ethical and service-driven experience aligned with the Turnkey brand.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing property listings, conducting open homes, negotiating sales, and guiding clients through every step of the transaction process.
You will work collaboratively with our sales, property management and investment divisions to deliver an integrated property journey for our clients.
Responsibilities
Prospect, generate and convert new listing opportunities
Appraise, list and market properties for sale
Conduct private inspections and open homes
Manage client relationships from appraisal to settlement
Prepare sales proposals, marketing plans and vendor reports
Negotiate offers and secure successful outcomes for clients
Liaise with conveyancers, brokers and solicitors
Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Uphold compliance with Victorian real estate legislation
Represent the Turnkey brand professionally across all interactions
Minimum Legal Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be eligible to work in Australia
Must not be disqualified under the Estate Agents Act
Location
Multiple locations in Victoria: Moorabbin, Frankston, Springvale, Chirnside Park, Dandenong, Wantir South, Nunawading, Chadstone, Mulgrave, Doncaster, Cremorne, Camberwell, Keysborough.
