About the Role:
This position involves providing first and second-level ICT support to staff, students, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for responding to technical issues, managing hardware and software support, and ensuring the effective operation of ICT systems. You will work independently but will be supported by a Technical Support Lead and other ICT staff.
