**What you will be doing:
- Manage the daily administration and take accountability of your allocated portfolio including, the use of information and operational systems, data analysis and reporting, and compliance with all relevant policies and delegations.
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders ensuring qualified and prompt communication, offering guidance and support, and conducting regular customer meetings.
- Lead and supervise direct reports, ensuring delivery on portfolio commitments.
- Support whole of government strategic policy initiatives including environmental, emissions reduction, mobility projects and any other relevant polices within the Queensland Government.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to support business initiatives and government policy.
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety principles, reporting and complying with procedures.
- Contribute to QFleet and customer success through participation in projects and activities as required by the business in line with the skills, abilities and delegations required by this role.
The skills you will need include:
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet organisational commitments, and adapt effectively to change
- Capability to supervise a small team, working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Valid Open C Class driver's licence
- Desirable experience in fleet leasing management and knowledge of motor vehicle specifications and accessories.
