About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a government client to recruit a Business Support Officer (AO3) based in Maryborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, supporting essential services delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage high-volume phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses
  • Monitor workflows and meet performance KPIs
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to support service delivery
  • Prepare accurate documents, reports, and maintain records and systems
  • Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office and Ellipse
  • Assist senior staff by managing enquiries in their absence
  • Maintain and improve procedures, manuals, and registers
About You
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional, proactive and a collaborative team player
  • Desirable Ellipse and strong proficiency Microsoft Office suite
