Your new role
In your new role, you will be providing assistance to existing and new customers regarding all enquiries surrounding settlements. You will be required to complete the following:
- Be informed of the introduction of new products, policies, promotions, procedures and best practice processes
- Research customer requests by gathering all relevant information/data, ensuring all available avenues and sources of information are investigated.
- Adhering to banking policy/assurance standards
- Recognise issues requiring escalation and act accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in phone - based or face to face Customer Service
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Personable and 'can do' attitude
- Passion for customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Typing speed of 50 WPM
