A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as a Customer Enquiries Contact Centre Consultant, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
A bit about your role
The Customer Enquiries Contact Centre Consultant will provide high-quality customer service to Customers, RSPs, moderate and urgent HSE, and internal and external stakeholders. This position will use multiple technologies in a Customer Service Delivery environment. You will also formulate and tailor a response specific to the contact interaction situation, using questioning, listening, and conflict resolution skills following the approved process and procedures. You will evaluate, categorise and determine the best course of action for each interaction in terms of complexity, adopting first call resolution (FCR) and reassigning/escalating designated guidelines.
