Responsibilities include:
* Create a welcoming and wonderful experience for guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, directions around the area and hotel, reservations and general enquiries
* Assist your team members with guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process
* Support your front office team in general operational tasks
* Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity
* Complete night audit procedures accurately and within required timeframes
* Balance daily transactions, reconcile cash and credit card payments, and prepare financial reports
* Update guest accounts, folios, and internal logs
About You:
* Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
* Relevant experience in a similar guest-facing role
* Current working rights in Australia
* Current RSA Certification
* Current Driver's License (bonus if able to drive a manual car)
* Flexible to working a rotating roster

Preferred Qualifications:
* Education: Preferably hospitality certificate or above
* Related Work Experience in Hospitality
* License or Certification: Current RSA, Australian Driver's License
