Exciting opportunity to join a leading ASX 100 property organisation as a Group Financial Accountant, playing a key role within a high-performing and collaborative finance team. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for group reporting, consolidations, statutory compliance and supporting the delivery of accurate financial information to key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance and insightful analysis Manage the group consolidation process across multiple entities, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements and ASX reporting requirements Lead the external audit process, coordinating requests and maintaining strong relationships with auditors Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring reporting deadlines are consistently met Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making Assist with treasury, cash flow and balance sheet management activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting, controls and finance processes Support technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards About You: CA/CPA qualified 3 years' experience in financial or group accounting Exposure to consolidations, statutory reporting and audit management Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented and motivated to drive process improvements Interested?
