What You’ll Do
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our programs
Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms
Create and distribute content aligned with our brand voice and values
Generate leads through organic and paid strategies (training provided)
Track and optimise campaign performance
Attend weekly development sessions via Zoom
Share stories and insights that connect with a purpose-led audience
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
Robust writing, branding, and content creation skills
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
Passion for personal development and conscious messaging
Self-directed, goal-oriented, and aligned with value-based leadership
Experience working independently with a strong sense of accountability
