Your role combines technical expertise with stakeholder coordination, ensuring thousands of construction projects move smoothly from concept to build-ready status.Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Liaise with councils, developers and private certifiers regarding site and build requirementsUndertake compliance assessments prior to lodgement of planning and building applicationsManage specialised processes including BAL assessments, arborist and acoustic reportsSubmit and track building permit applications, developer approvals and planning applicationsUpdate comprehensive tracking reports and maintain accurate file management across multiple systemsPrepare, submit and track other council applications as required, including verge, crossover, landscaping, construction management and traffic management.Collaborate with Sales, Drafting, Design, Estimating, Client Liaison and Construction teams throughout the customer journeyWhat Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou’re someone who enjoys learning complex processes and takes pride in getting details right.
