Overview
Make meaningful impact, minus the red tape
At Allied Therapeutic Services Hub (ATS), you'll join a warm, modern, newly refreshed clinic environment and a genuinely multi-disciplinary team (OT, Speech, PBS, Psychology). We're building a business that's good for people and financially sustainable, so you can focus on clients, your craft, and sharing your knowledge with the team.
Why ATS?
* Serious flexibility. Our Flexible Working Arrangements Framework offers multiple options (compressed weeks, school-hours, outreach blocks, and more) so work fits life, not the other way around.
* Multi-disciplinary collaboration. Work alongside experienced clinicians across disciplines with shared tools, supervision, and PD.
* Future-focused systems. Efficient client management, AI-enabled workflows, and established resources so your clinical time stays clinical.
* Modern clinics, regional reach. Beautifully refreshed spaces in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Ayr - with supported outreach to Charters Towers and other NQ communities.
* You focus on practice; we run the business. Executive leadership committed to operational excellence, compliance (including NDIS and Aged Care registration), and best-practice processes - so your energy stays with clients and team development.
* Career growth. Senior scope, leadership opportunities, supervision, in-services, and pathways to shape service models.
The Role
* Carry a paediatric, adult, or mixed caseload tailored to your strengths and interests.
* Lead best-practice OT across assessment, goal setting, intervention, review, and outcomes.
* Contribute to supervision, service development, and quality improvement.
* Participate in outreach (routine Charters Towers trips + other NQ opportunities where possible).
* Use streamlined documentation, templates, and reporting tools; benefit from admin efficiency and clear work instructions.
* Collaborate within a supportive hub model backed by a Services Hub (compliance, training, PD, ICT, HR, marketing, finance).
You'll Bring
* OT degree + AHPRA eligibility/registration, relevant clearances.
* Strength in communication, teamwork, and time management.
* A growth mindset with a client-first, outcomes-focused approach.
* Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
What Success Looks Like
* Delivering high-quality, evidence-informed therapy with strong client outcomes.
* Sharing knowledge, mentoring, leading in-services, and lifting the whole team.
* Using systems as enablers (not obstacles) and helping us keep improving them.
* Living our values, excellence, passion, integrity, collaboration - every day.
Perks & Support
* Flexible work options and outreach experiences.
* Modern clinic spaces + stocked resources and assessments.
* Efficient tech stack (AI-supported) and easy-to-use client systems.
* Paid PD plans, supervision, and leadership development opportunities.
* A values-led executive team focused on a culture where everyone belongs - while keeping the business strong and sustainable.
