Your new role
Help shape a welcoming after‐school program for children and families in the Rushworth community. Our OSHC service at St Mary's Catholic Primary School is new with a dedicated space and strong connection to the local school. We're looking for a Lead Educator to continue building the program. This role is ideal for a Diploma‐qualified educator, or a Certificate III educator ready to step up while studying, who enjoys leading a small service in a supportive, community‐focused setting.
You'll coordinate the day‐to‐day program, plan engaging activities, support children's wellbeing, build relationships with families and the school, and guide a small team of educators. You'll also ensure the program aligns with My Time, Our Place and the National Quality Standards.

Your skills and experienceYou Will Have
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (check your quals here) or Certificate III with willingness to study Diploma.
* Experience working with school‐aged children (OSHC, childcare, education or recreation).
* Confidence coordinating programs and supporting other educators.
* First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain).
* Current Employee Working with Children Check.
