Director of Sales
As a senior sales leader, you will oversee the growth and development of our Federal Government team.
* Lead a high-performing team to drive new business sales growth within the federal government sector.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with sales operations to effectively engage customers.
* Engage in territory planning, relationship building, and opportunity development to drive revenue growth by supporting federal sales teams.
* Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Establish territories and quota for the sales team and communicate performance expectations effectively.
* Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines to stakeholders.
* Achieve annual sales goals through quarterly and annual planning.
* Collaborate in C-level meetings to understand customer needs and preferences.
* Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including solution consulting, marketing, and professional services.
