Job Description
o Leading a cross functional team in building and nurturing a product
o Leading discussions within the squad and with other squads during the development of new features
o Working closely with peers to ensure the tech stack and code base continues to evolve
o Mentoring others within the team and direct reports, as well as sharing knowledge with other engineers
o Participating in solution design walk throughs and reviewing pull requests
o Troubleshooting issues down the tech stack
The Successful Applicant
o 5+ years building large scale websites (consumer preferred)
o Proficiency in React, Javascript, CSS, Typescript, Redux, REST APIs, and other related web technologies
o Experience in adopting a continuous delivery mindset, and practical experience with trunk-based development
o Experience in accessibility, and unit/integration testing frameworks
o Experience in web performance optimisation's
o Experience in agile development methodologies
