Job Opportunity: Project Manager at RPS
Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team is seeking a motivated and qualified Project Manager with experience in successfully delivering client-side projects. The role primarily involves working on government projects within our North Queensland Project Management division, with future opportunities to expand into other client markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management, and related fields. This position is based in Townsville and offers the chance to work with a high-performing team that is a market leader in delivering large, complex projects.
About You
* A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
* Experience in the construction industry and an interest in transitioning to client-side projects with a professional approach.
* Strong understanding and proven experience with delivery methodologies such as Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proactive, strategic thinker.
* Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
* Experience in client-side Project Management within the mentioned industries and familiarity with government procurement rules is preferred but not essential.
* AIPM Accreditation or equivalent is advantageous.
