We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to own the day-to-day operations at our Marsden Park site. This is a replacement role. Someone has moved on, and we need the right person to step in and lead the team with confidence. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll oversee all warehouse operations at Marsden Park. That means the team, the stock, the freight, the safety. All of it sits with you. Day to day, you’ll be: Planning and scheduling daily operations for efficient order pick and dispatch Managing inventory, cycle counts, stocktakes and stock accuracy Overseeing freight bookings and logistics, including interstate transfers Leading, rostering, coaching and developing your warehouse team Running toolbox talks and regular team check-ins Conducting safety audits, prestart checks and incident reporting Coordinating with Sales and Installation teams on fulfilment and project stock Maintaining warehouse presentation, equipment and cleanliness to TC Boxes standards Reporting warehouse metrics and KPIs to the Site Manager Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who leads from the front. You don’t wait to be told what needs doing. You already know. You’ll be a great fit if you: Have 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience Hold a current Forklift Licence (High Reach preferred but not essential) Know your way around warehouse management systems and basic computer tools Have a strong understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy Communicate clearly, give direct feedback and hold the team accountable Are safety-conscious and lead by example on the floor Hold a current Driver’s Licence and First Aid Certificate (or are willing to obtain one) Must be available to work on a rotating fortnightly roster. Week one is Monday to Friday.
