This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across multiple divisions, departments, and programs.
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will provide comprehensive employee support, manage employee records, support recruitment activities, and handle general human resource functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous HR generalist experience.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks as needed and maintain a high attention to detail.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both in person and remotely.
* Proficiency in recruitment and selection techniques, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
* Problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues and find effective solutions.
* Proven experience in HR operations management, including employee relations, performance management and HRIS administration.
* Relevant qualifications in Business Management or Human Resources and/or demonstrated relevant experience.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* Clear National Criminal History Check
