About The Role
The position provides an exciting opportunity for a Multidisciplinary Mental Health Clinician, to work within a community mental health team, with particular interest in working with our Adult population. There is prospect to partner with a vast network of support services within the Community as well as carers to provide multiservice, comprehensive care to consumers with complex needs.
The Bathurst Community Mental Health team provides a range of services to consumers with a varying range of Mental Health conditions. These treatments include brief intervention, complex case management, and specialised therapies including DBT, CBT-e, SSCM and EMDR.
All staff have access to regular Clinical Supervision and support, as well as daily multi-disciplinary case review meetings. The Bathurst Community Mental Health Service values staff wellbeing and supports regular staff wellness activities to maintain positive workplace culture.
