About the role
We have an opportunity for two Information Review Officers to be part of our Hurt On Duty & Claims Management Unit, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command. The Information Review Officer coordinates the collection and release of information in accordance with Police Act 1990, Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act 1998, Health Records & Information Privacy Act 2002 and any other relevant legislation, privacy principles and policy and procedures within the NSWPF, Health, Safety & Well being Command. The role is responsible for reviewing and responding to GIPA applications, subpoenas, requests from various tribunals and informal requests for information in collaboration with key stakeholders to make decisions regarding the release of information in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
