Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across Recent South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant 
Dapto 
Service. 
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6 pm (rotating roster). 
Responsibilities 
Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. 
Support educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice. 
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team. 
Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations 
Promote positive behaviour and maintain a protected, healthy setting that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders 
Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards. 
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan. 
Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service's professional identity. 
About You 
Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification. 
Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework 
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate 
Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid)
