Duty Manager-Wheatbelt Region-Remote Western Australia
We are currently seeking a
Duty Manager for a friendly, family owned venue in remote Western Australia.
Located in the Wheatbelt Region, the property features a bar, restaurant, modern accommodation and caravan park. With a great beer & wine selection, Australian pub cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere, this venue is an ideal stopover for all travellers through the region.
The area has many attractions to explore on days off; wildflower displays in the spring, scenic drives, lakes, national parks and more.
Immediate Start
Pay Rate:
$34.79 per hour Mon - Fri
$2.62 per hour extra after 7pm
$41.75 per hour Sat
$48.70 per hour Sun
Free accommodation, lunch and dinner
Shared staff house with other staff
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting in the day to day management of the property
Working a variety of shifts including opens and closes (hands on role - may be on shifts on your own)
Predominantly Bar based
Assisting in reception - doing check-ins, taking reservations, guest enquiries
Hands on work in the Tavern - serving customers, delivering meals, managing RSA etc
Assisting with stock control, ordering, stocktake etc
Cashing up, reconciling
Supervising staff, training, mentoring
Work in a small team
Be willing to work in various departments and various shifts
Access via sealed roads from Perth.
