Duties In this role, you will: Prepare, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts, leases, and agreements Represent vendors and purchasers in significant commercial transactions Provide practical, clear advice on corporate structures, partnerships, and regulatory compliance Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have: 4 to 6 years PAE handling a broad range of commercial law matters Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and strategic advice Excellent commercial awareness and focus on delivering effective, practical solutions High attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships Applications from talented lawyers with slightly less experience who are eager to develop and thrive in a supportive, hands-on environment are welcome to apply.
