The role
We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our client service team. You're a true advertising all‐rounder with deep agency experience across creative, paid digital, and media buying. You can talk comms strategy and audience definition, translate that into a media plan spanning above the line and digital channels, and take it all the way through to briefing a creative team. End‐to‐end is how you think - and how you work.
Key responsibilities
* Build and maintain senior client relationships, serving as the strategic lead and primary point of contact.
* Lead end‐to‐end campaign management across creative, paid digital, and media - from strategy through to delivery.
* Define communications strategy and audience segmentation, translating insight into integrated media plans across ATL and digital channels.
* Oversee media buying and paid digital activity, ensuring channel strategy aligns with client objectives and budgets.
* Brief and guide creative teams, ensuring work is grounded in strategy and delivers against the campaign brief.
* Identify and drive organic growth opportunities across client portfolios, contributing to new business where relevant.
* Lead campaign reporting, post‐campaign analysis, and strategic recommendations to clients.
About you
* 5+ years' experience in account management or client leadership within an advertising or integrated agency environment.
* Deep knowledge of creative, paid digital, and media buying disciplines - and how they work together in an integrated campaign.
* Able to articulate and sell communications strategy - from audience definition through to channel planning and creative direction.
* Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery, on time and on budget.
* A confident, senior communicator who commands the room with clients and inspires trust across internal teams.
* Solutions‐focused, commercially minded, and unflappable under pressure.
