About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, this part‐time sales consultant role is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

* Customer service experience (retail experience advantageous)
* A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
* A love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
* Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
* Goal‐oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
* Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
* Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, customer‐focused service and ensure seamless transactions.
* Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
* Be an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
* Stay informed about the latest products to share valuable insights with customers.
* Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss‐prevention measures.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
