**The Role**:
Our client is a locally owned and operated Construction Company with 40 years' experience. They know the lay of the land for every suburb. Their designs make the most of Canberra's seasons, because they're developed in Canberra, for Canberra. They are a multi-disciplined organisation, specialising in building, civil and landscaping projects.
They are currently looking for two experienced Landscaping Leading Hands who possess strong hard landscaping knowledge and is confident in dealing with clients, architects, tradespeople, suppliers and team members alike.
**Requirements**:
You will have very good communication skills and work ethic and be outcome focused within a team environment. Trade and or tertiary qualifications required including on the job competencies as you will be required to be hands-on from time to time.
**You will also possess the following skills and experience**:
- OHS Construction card and Asbestos Awareness Card
- Experience in a similar role with relevant tickets and licenses
- Current drivers licence with own reliable transport
- Must have a good work ethic and be a team player
- Experience in operating power tools;
- High safety ethics and WHS awareness;
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
