Responsibilities
* Work within a National Customer Service Centre to resolve queries around financial products & services
* Liaise with other departments to find solutions for customer queries
* Provide quality interactions with customers via phone or email
Requirements
* Financial Services experience in customer service with the skills to manage multiple relationships
* Ability to persuade others with a focus on outstanding customer experience in an inbound contact centre environment
* Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
* Financial acumen and understanding of customer needs is advantageous
