About Our Chemical Engineering Graduate Program
This three-year graduate program offers a dynamic and challenging journey of professional growth and development in the field of chemical engineering.
As part of this program, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations in Australia, including Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and operational sites nationwide.
* Facilities Engineering Stream: You will be responsible for delivering molecules from the wellbore to plant gate safely, reliably, and at low cost. This includes integrity, reliability, production, surveillance, process control, operations, process safety, operations technology, and projects.
* Subsurface Engineering Stream: You will characterise hydrocarbon recovery from the reservoir and optimise it. Your day-to-day tasks will include analysing reservoir and production data, creating and updating analytical and reservoir simulation computer models, and forecasting future production and reserves.
* Drilling & Completions Engineering Stream: You will work with the area asset team to prepare well designs, cost estimates, and detailed operational guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include supporting incident response, project management, field supervision, and cost/invoice review.
