The Role: Manager / Senior Manager
As a ZED Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value client projects. You'll play a key role in shaping solutions, coaching consultants, and managing multiple engagements at once.
You May Oversee Projects Such As
* Strategic planning & business case development
* Service and process improvement reviews
* Change readiness assessments
* Revenue diversification & growth strategies
* Digital, data & innovation initiatives
* Organisational performance reviews
Beyond project delivery, you'll manage strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior talent - helping build a high-performance consulting team.
What You'll Bring -
Manager
* 2+ years' recent managerial experience within consulting, or 8-10 years in a relevant industry
* Strong project delivery and team leadership experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
What You'll Bring - Senior Manager
* 4+ years' recent managerial experience within consulting, or 10-12 years in a relevant industry
* Proven track record delivering high-quality projects and managing teams
* Ability to build relationships across complex environments
* Advanced communication, analytical and problem-solving capability
