With our brand-new, purpose-built workshop facilities in Lonsdale and a team that's growing fast, we're ready to bring in a Workshop Foreman who can lead, mentor and elevate our technicians and apprentices.

Lead a 14-person team (including apprentices).
You'll guide, teach, support, problem-solve — but you won't be responsible for workflow allocation.

Salaried role.
Small monthly bonus available.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and mentor a team of 14 technicians and apprentices.
Support and develop junior techs with guidance and coaching.
Assist with complex diagnostics, troubleshooting and higher-level repairs.
Conduct quality checks and ensure manufacturer standards are upheld.
Work closely with the other Master Techs, Workshop Controller and Service Manager.
Help maintain a safe, organised, modern workshop.
Support efficiency, quality improvement, and first-time-fix outcomes.
Champion positive culture, teamwork and professional standards.
