Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement rehabilitation strategies tailored to clients' unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and promoting return to health and work.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including medical professionals, employers, and clients, to design and deliver injury prevention and education programs.
* Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments, to inform client-centered plans.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology or a related field is essential.
* Provisional/Full Professional Registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
* Prior experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly valued but not necessary.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
* Demonstrated time management skills are vital for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for this role.
