About The Opportunity 
Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced 
FIFO Casual Utilities 
(All-rounder) 
staff to join our Village Management Team. 
This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the west of North Queensland.

Key Responsibilities 
This position is responsible for the cleaning and general grounds upkeep of >400 Accommodation Rooms, Village and/or Minesite facilities, in addition to the provision of high standard daily food and menu preparation and/or responsible service of alcohol and sale of products for the Residents and Workers of the Site. 
That all areas are kept organised, free from hazards and compliant with quality standards, always maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer service. 
Ad hoc support to the Village Management is occasionally required. 
Duties 
Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes; respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning or grounds requests 
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, environmental, quality standards, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 
Housekeeping of residents' rooms as per schedule, including stripping/making beds, removing/replacing linen/towels, cleaning ensuites, and ablutions 
Laundry duties: removal and replacement of linen/towels, sorting, folding, and storage 
Minesite cleaning of site offices, facilities, crib rooms, and ablutions 
Appropriate storage and use of chemicals; maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials/consumables 
Ensure all designated work and communal areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness; ensure kitchenware is washed and stored, and rubbish is removed appropriately 
Maintain food production equipment, kitchen premises, and bar area, including glassware 
Production and assistance with high-quality, nutritious, and well-presented meals, including bulk food preparation and labelling 
Assist with stock control, including quality reporting and temperature monitoring; participate in end-of-month stock take audits 
Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, water, and coffee; tapping kegs and cleaning beer lines 
Provide product advice in a retail environment; increase retail sales; take and handle payments for orders 
Assist with the opening and closing of the bar / tavern, and retail shop 
Maintain compliance with liquor regulations, workplace health and safety laws, and HACCP guidelines 
Keep daily logs and records of all work orders completed 
Liaise with appropriate staff and security in the event of an incident 
Transportation of residents (where required), completion of vehicle pre-starts and required safety reporting/compliance, maintain a clean and tidy vehicle 
Notify Supervisor of any maintenance requests/issues within the Village/Site 
Assist with green / waste management of accommodation and facility 
Assist Village Manager and other Department Supervisors as required 
About You

This is a 
hands-on, fast-paced role 
that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic. 
You will possess food safety training, previous accommodation / industrial cleaning experience and/or operating handheld equipment. 
You will possess: 
VALID QLD Driver's License 
Australian Working Rights 
Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening 
Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) 
Construction White Card 
Food Safety Supervisor or Handler Certification 
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification 
Previous experience at a Minesite Village experience with experience / qualifications re First Aid 
Additional Skills 
Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Payroll & Training requirements 
Ability to work autonomously and be a self-motivator 
Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment 
Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills 
Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
