We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer to support day-to-day site operations.
This role involves general manual labour, assisting tradespeople, and running errands (as a "gofer") to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
It is ideal for someone hands-on, adaptable, and willing to learn on the job.Key Responsibilities:Assist with manual labour tasks such as lifting, digging, loading/unloading materials, and site cleanupSupport tradespeople by fetching tools, supplies, or equipment as neededPerform deliveries, pickups, or errands (e.g., hardware store runs)Maintain a clean, organised, and secure work environmentSet up and dismantle job site equipment (temp barriers etc.)Follow all safety guidelines and company proceduresReport any issues, hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisorPerform other duties as directed to support site operationsSkills & Qualifications:Previous labouring or construction experience is a plus, but not essentialForklift license is a plus, but not essentialPhysically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and repetitive tasksStrong work ethic, punctual, and dependableWillingness to follow directions and learn new tasksAbility to work independently and in a team environmentValid driver's licenseWork Conditions:Outdoor work in varying weather conditionsEarly starts or extended hours depending on site needsWork uniform providedRemuneration will be negotiated to attract exceptional, motivated and experienced candidatesIf you are looking to further your career with an established company within the pool construction industry, we would love to hear from you.
