**About the role;**

This role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of John Holland’s Inclusion and Diversity strategy within the region, providing support to projects in the delivery of client social inclusion obligations, facilitating Indigenous cultural awareness training and assisting in social inclusion for tenders. We are looking for someone based in the Illawarra/Shoalhaven region to join the team and deliver the $438m Shoalhaven Hospital Redevelopment, soon, we’ll not only deliver a world-class expanded and integrated health hub for the Illawarra and Shoalhaven communities, but ensure we’ve got a local workforce on the tools, including apprentices, Aboriginal artists and landscapers. **Some responsibilities of the role include;**
- Manage and maintain project records, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date and stored.
- Data input from subcontractors monthly progress claims into master spreadsheet for social procurement and ISCA targets.
- Summarise contractual obligations of management plans and assist with setting up project targets and tracking.
- Assist with setting up awareness training for staff on topics such as disability, mental health, cultural and domestic violence.

**To be successful in this key role, you must have;**
- 3+ years experience in an office environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills
- High School Certificate or equivalent experience in administration.
