About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our friendly and professional Service Department.
In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and manufacturers — ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer bookings for service, repair, and warranty work
* Communicate with manufacturers on behalf of customers regarding warranty claims and repairs
* Check vehicles in and out for service or repair, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the process
* Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal team members
* Support the workshop team in delivering efficient and high-quality service outcomes
About You
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Previous experience in a dealership or service department (preferred but not essential)
* Computer literacy and attention to detail
