We are seeking an experienced Enrolled or Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Services Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while also overseeing the recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Expertise: Provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
* HR Leadership: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Conduct performance appraisals and assist with staff development.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure staff compliance with all required certifications and training. Maintain HR documentation, including contracts and employee records.
* Operational Efficiency: Assist with payroll and rostering aligned with EBA and Award regulations. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Clinical Experience: Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA (preferred but not compulsory).
* Leadership Skills: Strong knowledge of EBAs, Awards, and contract management. Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
