Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct ergonomic assessments and identify effective controls to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
* Support occupational injury management, including work capacity assessments.
* Develop and enhance job demands analyses and contribute to the development of the Job Bank.
* Deliver engaging presentations to employees and contractors across the site.
Requirements:
* A recent or near-completed Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
* Strong personal commitment to safety, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
* Motivated, organized approach to managing workload and priorities, initiative, and growth mindset.
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic work environment.
