As part of ourPartners in Healthstrategy, we're seeking a passionate and skilledAccredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing allied health team.
The Role
This is more than just a clinical role — it's an opportunity to be part of a national movement that integrates allied health into leisure settings, making care more accessible, empowering, and community-driven.
You'll be working in afully equipped health hub facility, including:
* Amodern fully equipped gymwith functional training zones and cardio/strength equipment
* Adedicated hydrotherapy poolfor low-impact rehabilitation and recovery
* Access togroup spacesand community engagement programs
We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outcome-driven, compassionate care. You'll work with a diverse caseload including clients funded throughNDIS, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, and private referrals, with the flexibility to grow your hours up to full-time.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver tailored exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing.
* Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.
* Facilitate group-based rehabilitation and health education sessions.
* Promote the role of Exercise Physiology within the centre and the wider community.
* Contribute to the growth of ourPartners in Healthprogram, helping shape the future of community health.
What you will bring
* Accreditation with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.
* A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for community health and innovation in care delivery.
