As a Project Sales Agent, you'll work from your dedicated display suite, managing leads, building strong buyer relationships, and guiding clients through every step of the off-the-plan sales process. Experience working with multilingual buyers is highly regarded, particularly clients who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Mongolian .
Key Responsibilities
* Convert qualified leads into successful off-the-plan sales
* Present the benefits, lifestyle, and investment potential of the developer's projects
* Maintain expert knowledge of project details, pricing, and market positioning
* Conduct inspections, display suite appointments, and attend events
* Provide feedback to improve sales strategies
About You
* Proven experience in project sales / off-the-plan residential sales
* Current Certificate of Registration (COR) or Real Estate License
* Strong understanding of the Sydney property market
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and professional
* Bilingual language skills highly regarded : Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mongolian
