At Team Global Express, we keep Australia moving safely and with integrity. We're seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure our subcontractor delivery partners meet the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
What You'll Do
* Conduct audits across our delivery partner network
* Ensure compliance with NHVR, HVNL, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue and WHS requirements
* Manage subcontractor pre‐qualification, licences, and insurance compliance
* Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and support incident investigations
* Partner with Operations, Safety, and Legal to uphold consistent standards
What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' experience in transport compliance, auditing, or risk
* Strong knowledge of NHVR/HVNL and COR obligations
* Experience conducting audits and producing clear reports
* Strong stakeholder communication skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to travel as required
