We're seeking an individual with a knack for keeping things organized and running smoothly to support HR activities, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering day-to-day HR tasks across various areas.
* Supporting managers with policies, processes, and compliance (Fair Work NES Awards).
* Helping foster a culture of recognition, wellness, and continuous improvement.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports and metrics.
* Assisting in the implementation of culture initiatives like staff surveys, recognition programs, and internal communications.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications and/or a relevant certification in Human Resources Management.
* At least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in people.
