Urban Farm Coordinator
The Role:
Our organisation is seeking a passionate and proactive person to oversee Golden Gums Farm as a productive market garden.
* Contributing towards the construction and overseeing the ongoing care of food growing gardens at our Food Hub site.
* Day-to-day supervision of staff, trainees and volunteers involved in these activities.
* Leading farm and gardening workshops and volunteering experiences for school, community and corporate groups.

About You
You will have a tertiary qualification in horticulture or considerable work experience in a comparable role.
Have experience supervising people from diverse work and lived backgrounds, particularly young people and trainees.
Develop and deliver community development programs with a focus on growing food and local food systems.
