Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst within our Operations Finance team. The role involves partnering with the AGS storage network and Wamoon DC warehouse teams on financial management, cost-effectiveness, and supporting decision-making aligned with organizational goals.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage planning cycles (Budget and forecast) for the AGS & Wamoon warehouse, including aligning assumptions with cross-functional teams and providing insights on cost changes.
* Ensure robust R&O views and action plans to meet objectives.
* Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
* Monitor and analyze supply chain costs to ensure they meet financial targets.
* Deliver regular financial and operational reports, partnering with teams to enhance business performance understanding.
About You
You are enthusiastic about living in Leeton and taking on a diverse role. You possess:
* A Bachelor in Finance and a certified accounting qualification.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical skills, experience with data modeling and advanced Excel techniques.
* Proficiency in ERP software.
* Knowledge of the Australian grains industry or warehousing sector (highly desirable).
* Ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable insights.
