Primary Objective: Lead strategic service planning, professional practice oversight, workforce development, risk management, and continuous service improvement to ensure high quality, compliant, and culturally responsive service delivery. Provide expert advice to executive leadership on complex operational, legal, and strategic issues impacting vulnerable children, families, and communities. Selection will be made at the SAO2 or SP2 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.
